  • Beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla until frothy.
  • Add the plain yogurt and mix.
  • Fold the sifted flour and baking powder into the mixture.
  • Mix into a smooth batter.
  • Line a cake pan with parchment paper and spread with butter. Sprinkle the butter with a little granulated sugar. Pour the blueberries into the pan and pour in the batter.
