Name: No-dough curd strudel recipe
Ingredients: 3 cups all-purpose flour; 1 cup granulated sugar; 1 pack vanilla sugar; 1 pack baking powder; 125 g butter; 3 curd cheese packs – in paper, not in a tub; 1 egg; 1 cup granulated sugar; 1 pack vanilla sugar; 500 ml milk; Raisins, fruit to taste (I used apricots)

Line the baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients – the flour, both types of sugar and the baking powder. Spread half of the mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.

For the filling, mix all the ingredients – the curd, milk and sugar, the egg and the vanilla sugar. The mixture will have a consistency similar to thinner yogurt.

Now using a ladle, layer this mixture onto the dry mixture, and add raisins or pieces of fruit.

Continue with the remaining dry mixture and on top evenly arrange the butter cut into slices. The butter will melt during baking and spread nicely across the entire surface.

If you use raisins, sprinkle them onto the liquid mixture.

Bake at 180 degrees. Baking time is about 30-40 minutes.
