Preparation procedure
- Preparing the starter: Dissolve the yeast in 150 ml lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of sugar and let it activate for 10 minutes.
- Preparing the dough: In a bowl, mix the flour, salt, yogurt, oil and the prepared starter. If the dough is too stiff, add more lukewarm water. If it sticks, add more flour.
- Proofing: Divide the finished dough into balls and roll them out into flat discs. Let them rise for about 15 minutes.
- Frying: Fry in a pan with heated oil on both sides until golden.
- Serving: On the finished langos you can spread garlic, ketchup or cheese to taste.
