Preparation procedure
- Prepare a large bowl in which we mix the sifted flour together with the butter. It's best to mix directly with clean hands; that way you have full control of the dough.
- Add the egg yolk and the sour cream, and salt if needed. Knead the dough until it has a uniform consistency.
- Cover the dough with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- After 30 minutes the dough is ready for baking.
- You can now fill it with anything you like.
