160 g dark chocolate

Preparation procedure

Prepare the cream: Whip the whipping cream until stiff. Beat the sour cream with the condensed milk and then combine everything with the whipped cream. In the bowl where the Salko was, prepare strong instant coffee (about 1 cup).
Prepare the gelatin: Let it swell in a little water, then gently heat it and stir until completely dissolved. Add it to the cream mixture.
