Finally, cover the cake on top and on the sides with the remaining cream. For an impressive appearance you can decorate with grated chocolate, coffee beans or chopped nuts.
  • Chilling Let the finished cake rest in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight. This allows the flavors to meld and the cream to set.
