200 g granulated sugar
80 g water
6 egg yolks
20 g lemon juice
5 g vanilla extract

Preparation procedure

Preparation of the sugar syrup Mix the remaining sugar with the water and heat in a double boiler. Cook for 3 minutes, until the sugar is completely dissolved.
