Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the dough: Put the flour into a bowl, add the kefir, salt, sugar and baking soda. Mix, then add the eggs. Work into a compact, thicker dough – don't worry, that's how it should be.
  • Baking sheet and base: Grease the baking sheet with oil and spread the dough evenly. Spread the seasoned tomato paste or ketchup over it. You can also add a thin layer of mayonnaise, which will add creaminess.
  • Topping: Arrange the ingredients on the dough to taste – ham, mushrooms, olives, bell pepper or anything you like. Let your imagination run free.
