1 tablespoon honey, maple syrup or another sweetener
3 tablespoons milk (you can use almond)
65 g soft dates (soak overnight to soften)
1/3 cup peanuts finely chopped
40 g good-quality chocolate with a high cocoa content
Store in a sealed container and in a cool place.
