Preparation procedure

  • Mix the protein, peanut butter, honey and milk in a bowl
  • Shape bars from the resulting mixture and place them on a tray
  • Soak the dates in water beforehand to soften them and then blend them. Mix with the blended peanuts.
  • Spread the nut mixture onto each bar
  • Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the bars
  • Let it set
  • Place the bars in the freezer for about 20 minutes

Store in a sealed container and in a cool place.
