- First of all, hard-boil 3 eggs. Place them in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Then remove the eggs from the hot water and place them in cold water to cool.
- Meanwhile, while your eggs are cooling, cook the chicken. First clean the chicken and then simply cook it in salted water. Boiled meat is much healthier than fried meat, and even than roasted meat. Boiled meat is therefore the diet version. Then cut the boiled chicken breasts into cubes and put them into a bowl.
- Now take the cucumbers and also cut them into cubes. Then add the cubes to the bowl with the meat.
- By this time the eggs should be cooled, so you can peel them and cut them into cubes. Add the eggs to the bowl with the other ingredients.
- Finally, just add 2 tablespoons of white yogurt (we recommend Greek yogurt) and season with salt (you can also add pepper, etc.). Then just mix everything well and you're done!
