Preparation procedure

  • Mix the eggs with the cream. Add the flour, sugar and baking powder to this mixture.
  • Prepare a bundt pan by greasing it and dusting it with flour.
  • Pour 2/3 of the batter into the pan. Then stir the cocoa into the remaining batter and pour it over the light batter. Use a skewer to create a spiral pattern from both colors; the bundt will look even prettier.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 150-160 °C until the bundt is golden on the surface.

The bundt cake can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or decorated with chocolate glaze.
