Preparation procedure
- Soak the gelatin in the pineapple juice until it swells.
- When it swells, dissolve it over low heat, but do not bring to a boil.
- Mix the quark with the sour cream, condensed milk and vanilla, then whip.
- Add the cooled gelatin and pineapple, cut into cubes.
- Layer either into one larger mold, or into smaller ones.
- Put the bundt cake in the refrigerator for several hours until it sets.
