Instant soups are suitable for a day when you don’t have time to prepare a proper meal or if you are troubled by a lack of money, because they are truly a cheap option for a quick meal that you can easily prepare at home. Experts, however, warn that if these soups are consumed three times or more per week, your risk of diabetes and stroke increases rapidly.

Instant soups and noodles

US scientists came up with this research. In the USA instant soups and noodles are very popular. They cost almost nothing and are ready to eat immediately and without work.

Scientists examined people who consume these instant noodles and soups several times a week and examined their bodies.

The conclusion of the research found that these people have a greatly increased risk of developing diabetes or stroke.

Preservatives

These popular foods contain harmful preservatives. Thanks to these substances the minimum shelf life is extended up to three times and the soups can be consumed much longer. However, if someone consumes these products regularly, too many of these preservative substances are absorbed into the body and they become carcinogenic.

Digestion

Moreover, for such a soup or noodles to be processed in the stomach, the stomach has to work with all its might. Our body’s digestion of these noodles takes up to 32 hours. The body eventually digests the noodles, but it also absorbs all the harmful substances and the body is tired after such digestion.

Cardiovascular disease

More precisely, the substances contained in this product cause the development of metabolic syndrome. This means a significantly increased risk of heart disease, diabetes and stroke.

It also increases blood pressure, blood cholesterol, blood sugar and promotes the growth of abdominal fat.

Refined flour

These noodles are made from refined flour, but all the properties of this flour are removed except for a large amount of carbohydrates in the form of starch. And these are precisely what cause an increase in blood sugar levels and that causes diabetes.

The following video will explain all the risks of this diet.
