If your dream is to lose weight and shape your body toward your ideal image, then we recommend that you become familiar with the so-called impedance meter.

It is a special personal scale that represents one of the most accurate ways to determine your ideal weight, because it is based on measuring the actual ratio of body fat to muscle.

You can now commonly find this scale on the market, so you don’t have to worry that it’s something unavailable that you’ll have to wait long months for, thereby delaying the weight-loss process. The scale works on the principle of a low-voltage current that passes through your body and measures the resistance of cells. Because muscle cells bind water differently than fat cells, the scale is able to measure the exact ratio of muscle to fat in the body.

If you don’t have an impedance meter on hand, we’ll suggest one more trick. It’s called the so-called equilibrium weight. A term increasingly used by specialists and doctors. It’s the ideal weight you’ve reached in adulthood and to which your body tends to return, for example after aggressive diets, during stressful periods, after illness, pregnancy, etc.

As we all know, everyone’s weight is indeed an individual matter because it is influenced by many factors, e.g. hereditary predispositions, morphology, bone mass, etc. The equilibrium weight is thus the ideal way to determine your ideal weight!
