It’s good to be careful about what you eat. If you consume foods and products in general that contain a lot of sugar, you increase your risk of obesity. Most often these are yogurts, chocolate, sweetened soft drinks and similar treats.
Sugar
Did you suspect that sugars are digested very quickly and then rapidly raise blood sugar levels?
If you didn’t know this, you are now sufficiently informed.
Try to follow a slightly different diet. You’ll see for yourself that you’ll feel better.
Do you think you have symptoms of high sugar levels?
Symptoms

High sugar intake can lead to various types of cancer. It is particularly dangerous for women because of breast cancer.
Body detoxification
Day 1
Breakfast: scrambled or boiled eggs (3) or
a bowl of unsweetened oatmeal with fruit such as raspberries, blueberries…
Snack: A bowl of nuts (preferably walnuts or hazelnuts)
Lunch: chicken breasts with carrots, with beans or almonds
Dinner: fresh salmon prepared with broccoli and mushrooms, served with green beans as a side.
Day 2
Breakfast: again scrambled eggs or again a bowl of oatmeal with fruit.
Snack: a bowl of nuts
Lunch: cabbage with carrots, a dash of olive oil, lemon, salt.
or zucchini that you grill or bake, apple cider vinegar, lemon
Dinner: Again some stewed fish with cabbage, kale, beans
Day 3
Breakfast: same as the previous days, or scrambled eggs with shrimp
Snack: same as the days before
Lunch: pasta with tomatoes, mushrooms or button mushrooms with meat sauce, onion and carrots
Hydration
Don’t forget that you must follow the hydration rules, no sweet drinks. Preferably only water with lime or lemon.
You can have coffee, but one cup a day and without sugar.
