While breathing slowly, press this point with your thumb and hold the pressure for 5 seconds. Then inhale through your nose for 5 seconds and relax. Repeat this process 5 times on each hand. As you exhale through your mouth, increase the pressure for 5 seconds, then inhale through your nose for 5 seconds and slowly relax. Repeat this procedure 5 times.
