They say age is just a number. And more and more people prove that it is really true. Proof of that is this 52-year-old man, whom you certainly wouldn’t guess to be over 30 years old.
What is his secret?
He is completely without wrinkles and has a perfect physique.
Chuando Tan comes from Singapore. He works as a photographer. Besides photographing his clients, he very much likes to photograph himself. It’s no wonder. Being 52 and looking like he does is really something. People compare him to Dorian Gray, who does not age, but quite the opposite. He kept getting younger and younger.
Career
Chuando worked in the ’80s as a mannequin and photo model. In the ’90s he tried pop singing. Later, when his singing career didn’t work out, he decided to become a photographer. His photographs became increasingly popular and people liked them. Even more so when he began posting photos in which he himself appeared.
A friend recommended that he create an Instagram account. Chuando was convinced and regularly posted his work there. Among other things, his own photos. Users, however, noticed that he doesn’t look his age at all. After all the curious questions, he decided to reveal to everyone how he lives.
“You are what you eat,”
Chuando shared his main motto that he has followed his whole life: “You are what you eat,” and therefore he believes that 70% of the body and your overall appearance is determined by food and the remaining 30% depends on exercise.
Food is the foundation
And therefore his breakfasts look, for example, like this: Six hard‑boiled egg whites and 3 yolks, avocado, berries and a glass of milk. During the day he also treats himself to some fish soup, vegetables, rice or chicken. His dinner includes a vegetable salad, herbs and proteins.
Pay attention to when you eat
He completely gives up coffee, tea and alcohol. He drinks only plain water and juices from various fruits or vegetables. He does not consume sweets, but has a weakness for ice cream, which if he allows himself, is definitely only in the first half of the day. He has his last meal 4 hours before sleeping and does not go to bed later than 23.00.
You must not skip exercise
He exercises every day for at least 1 hour. He does 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio. His energy, including the energy he radiates, comes from doing what he believes in and what he enjoys. It’s no coincidence that what we live by affects who we are.
