According to a statistical study by the American Medical Institute, men need to drink only 3.7 liters of water per day and women about 2.7 liters. And it does not matter in what form the water enters the body: in the form of juice, tea, soup, vegetables or fruit.

But according to Eastern teachings the secret of eternal youth is hot water. Not boiling water, not warm, but water at a temperature of 40–45 degrees. At the same time the worst thing a person can do for their body is to drink cold water or to drink with ice.

Tibetan doctors are convinced that a glass of hot water in the morning on an empty stomach extends life by 10 years! Hot water kills bacteria in the stomach that have accumulated there overnight. In China, children are taught from childhood to drink hot water before meals. Even in a cafe or restaurant, before delivering an order to a customer, a glass of hot water is served to them.

Drinking hot water on a full stomach makes no sense; it is best in the morning on an empty stomach. A glass of such water relaxes the muscles of the digestive organs, cleans the stomach walls of food residues and gastric juices, and normalizes the balance of acids and bases.
