Transport shutdown
Stopping the infection could be implemented the same way as in Wuhan, that is with a three-week full quarantine with a ban on residents leaving their homes, except for people scheduled for hospital appointments for examinations and except for the time slots for grocery shopping.
Another condition is the stopping of manufacturing and production for 3 weeks. Only food supply would remain in operation and, as in China, bakeries where employees sleep at work and do not leave the bakery.
In the mentioned 12 Chinese cities all transport was completely stopped and all gas stations were closed. Buses, trains, personal cars, and taxis did not run — nothing at all.
