The secret of this Russian recipe is horseradish, which is extremely effective in promoting weight loss. This ingredient helps the human body throughout the weight loss process. Usually we use horseradish only as a food accompaniment, but we can make much better use of it for slimming.
Horseradish contains vitamins C, B1, B6, B12 and minerals such as iron, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium.
Ingredients:
- 125 g – horseradish
- 3 pcs – lemons
- 3 tablespoons – honey
Preparation:
Chop the horseradish and blend it thoroughly. Cut the thoroughly washed lemon into small cubes, remove the seeds and then add it together with the honey to the horseradish in the blender and mix until a thick paste forms.
Pour the combined mixture into a glass container and place it in the refrigerator.
Application:
Eat one tablespoon of this healthy mixture twice a day with your meals. You will see results after just 3 weeks.
