Cake base for the cake pan:
I beat 2 egg yolks with 10 dkg sugar and 2 tablespoons of oil.
I add 10 dkg semi-coarse flour and finally the meringue from 2 egg whites. I bake at
180 degrees (let it cool). Then I spread strawberry jam and put the cream on top.
I whip the ingredients for the cream together.
Next I arrange the strawberries on the base and cook the jelly. I pour the lukewarm jelly over them and let it cool.
Best overnight.
