- In a bowl we mix the dry ingredients - sifted flour, powdered sugar. Then we add the chopped butter and yogurt, work into a uniform dough, shape it into a loaf and wrap it in plastic wrap. Let it rest for 1 hour in the refrigerator, or if it's cold outside, you can leave it on the windowsill.
- Then roll out the dough and cut out shapes, which we place on a baking sheet lined with paper.
