Preparation procedure

  • Cut the meat into slices. Make slits on top.
  • Place the meat into a sealable plastic bag.
  • Add the pickle brine and spices.
  • Add the mustard.
  • Close the bag and mix well so the flavors meld.
  • Take the meat out and transfer it to a baking sheet.
  • Spread with sour cream or mayonnaise and add the remaining ingredients – finally sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes and it's done
