Tasty Hrk-hrk cake without using a mixer, an easy-to-make recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups semi-coarse flour

• 1 cup granulated sugar

• 3/4 cup milk

• 3/4 cup oil

• 2 eggs

• 1/2 packet of baking powder

• 2 teaspoons cocoa (optional)

Cream:

• 2 cans of mandarin compote (I used Giana mandarins 314 g)

• 1 carton of whipping cream

• 1 cream stabilizer

• 1 and 1/2 packets instant vanilla pudding (no-cook)

For the top:

• Baby sponge fingers
