Preparation procedure

  • Baking: Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for approximately 50–55 minutes. About halfway through baking, perform a skewer test – if it comes out clean, the cake is done.
  • Finishing: Let the finished cake cool completely so it can be easily sliced. Then serve.
