Prepare the COOKIES (360 g) which we blend using a mixer - grind the cookies into a fine powder, which we then pour into a bowl.
In a saucepan or in the microwave, melt the BUTTER (190 g), which after melting we pour over the cookie powder. Thoroughly mix the contents of the bowl with the butter.
Prepare a cake pan 23 cm in diameter, into which pour the contents of the bowl, spread evenly and press down with a spoon.
Put the prepared base into the fridge for about 10 minutes.
MAKING THE CREAM for no-bake Míša slices
Put QUARK (1 kg), RUM AROMA (3 teaspoons), VANILLA SUGAR (60 g) into a bowl. Thoroughly mix everything with a hand mixer and add WHIPPED CREAM STABILIZER (40 g). Mix everything again and transfer with a spatula or spoon into the cake pan, where spread the cream evenly over the base. Wipe the edges.
Place the prepared cake base in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
MAKING THE TOP for no-bake Míša slices
Prepare a pot, add water to it and place it on the stove. Put a stainless steel bowl on the pot. Turn on the stove. (we have created a water bath)
Put MILK COOKING CHOCOLATE (200 g) into the bowl and let it melt. Then add CREAM 20% (1,5 dcl), which we warmed beforehand (you can also use a microwave to warm the cream).
Stir everything thoroughly and warm it up (there must be no lumps in the chocolate)
FINISHING Míša slices
Take the cake base out of the fridge, and using a ladle carefully pour on the still-hot chocolate. Transfer to the fridge, where we let the prepared Míša slices cool for 2-3 hours
