- Peel the onions, wash them and slice into half rings.
- Rinse the livers, pat them dry and cut into pieces.
- Heat the pan, put oil in it, add the onions and fry for 3-4 minutes, stirring constantly until golden.
- Add the livers and, stirring, fry for another 3-4 minutes over higher heat. Season with salt and pepper.
- Don't forget 3-4 tablespoons of sour cream.
- Simmer everything over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- You can garnish the finished dish with, for example, fresh parsley. Chicken livers should be consumed immediately after preparation and not left for the next day. Cooked food should in no case taste bitter; that would be a sign indicating poor product quality.
