- Whip the Salko with the pudding powder and milk into a smooth, uniform mixture. Leave it aside for a few minutes; the mixture will gradually thicken.
- Meanwhile, whip the cream with the stabilizer to stiff peaks.
- Prepare dessert glasses.
- Place ladyfingers in the bottom of the glasses, add the cream and pieces of fruit, filling the glasses almost to the top. Decorate the top with fruit and a mint leaf.
- Put in the refrigerator to chill and then serve. Before serving you can also garnish with whipped cream.
