Preparation procedure

  • Mix the water, juice and rum. Briefly dip the cookies and place them in the pan one by one.
  • For the cream, cook the pudding with the sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt, and add the whipped butter to the cooled cream.
  • Pour the cream over the cookies.
  • Whip the cream and spread it evenly over the pudding cream.
  • Chill the cake in the refrigerator for one hour.
  • Let the gelatin swell in cold water.
  • Cook the fruit with sugar over the flame until you get a thick purée – you can then blend it further.
  • Stir the gelatin into hot water (do not boil it). Spread the gelatin mixture over the top of the dessert and let it set.
