- Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and, stirring constantly, dissolve over low heat.
- After the mixture comes to a boil, let it bubble for another 10 - 15 minutes. Don’t forget to stir it occasionally so it doesn’t stick to the bottom.
- After 15 minutes, take a little of the mixture on a spoon and drop it into a glass of cold water — if it forms a ball, the mixture is done!
- Remove the pot from the heat and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and begins to stretch.
- Pour this mixture into a pan lined with baking paper and let it cool.
- Cut into squares and serve.
