Beat the eggs with the egg white and sugar and beat in the oil and milk.
Then take another bowl, into which sift the cocoa, flour and baking powder.
Add a pinch of salt and mix everything thoroughly.
Then fold these ingredients into the foam we whisked.
Now make the filling: beat the quarks with the pudding powder and milk, add the sugar and the yolk.
Now prepare the pan, grease it with butter and dust with coarse flour.
Pour most of the batter into the mold, then add the filling and arrange the raspberries. Pour the remaining filling on top.
Bake the bundt cake at 160 degrees for 55-60 minutes.
