- It's best to let the meat marinate overnight. We wash the meat, dry it, make slits, marinate it and let it sit for 24 hours. The following day just put the meat into an oven preheated to 180 ° and bake for about 1.5-2 hours. To prepare the marinade for the meat mix 3 tablespoons each of spicy and regular mustard, a tablespoon of honey, salt, pepper and hot paprika. You can also add a little water to the marinade. Peel the garlic and chop it into small pieces. Fill the cut meat with the chopped garlic, as in the picture below.
- Spread the marinade over the meat and sprinkle with herbs and leave in the refrigerator overnight.
- The next day before baking take it out of the fridge at least until the oven heats up. Top with onion rings and place in the oven. Bake covered at first, and uncover about 40 minutes before the end.
- Bake for 1.5 - 2 hours. Can be served with salad. It's perfectly seasoned and yet a simple dish!
