  • Pour the milk and water into a pot, add the butter, sugar, salt, and flour, and, stirring constantly, cook until you have a compact dough that separates from the sides of the pot.
  • Transfer it to a bowl and beat in the eggs one at a time.
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper, pile the dough onto it and spread it out.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
