Preparation procedure
- Prepare a sheet of puff pastry (if you don't have a sheet, roll the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm)
- Cut small uniform circles from the dough
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the circles on it
- Bake at 200 degrees until they puff up
- During baking, do not open the oven so the bubbles can puff up nicely
- When the bubbles have reached a sufficient size, take them out and cut them open while still hot
- Let them cool and then fill them with classic whipped cream
- Finally dust with powdered sugar and serve
