Preparation procedure

  • Prepare a sheet of puff pastry (if you don't have a sheet, roll the dough to a thickness of about 3 mm)
  • Cut small uniform circles from the dough
  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper and arrange the circles on it
  • Bake at 200 degrees until they puff up
  • During baking, do not open the oven so the bubbles can puff up nicely
  • When the bubbles have reached a sufficient size, take them out and cut them open while still hot
  • Let them cool and then fill them with classic whipped cream
  • Finally dust with powdered sugar and serve
