- Preparation of the bananas: Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces 1.5 inches long.
- Preparation of the batter: In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and cinnamon. Add the yogurt and egg white and stir well with a wooden spoon until the mixture is smooth.
- Frying: Heat about 2 cl of oil in a pan (be careful not to make the oil too hot, otherwise the fritters will be too brown). Using a fork, dip each banana slice into the batter so it is well coated, and transfer to the oil. Fry in small batches until the bananas are golden brown. Work quickly so the fritters cook evenly.
- Finishing: Remove the fried slices from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess grease. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
