Preparation procedure
- Dough preparation In a bowl, beat the softened butter with the sugar until creamy. Gradually add the yolks and mix. Combine the flour with the cocoa and baking powder and gradually add to the mixture. Finally, gently fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites. Spread the prepared batter evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
- Filling preparation In a bowl, mix the ground nuts, powdered sugar, rum and vanilla sugar. Spread the finished mixture evenly over the cooled baked base.
- Glaze preparation Melt the chocolates and coconut fat together in a double boiler or in the microwave on low power. Pour the smooth chocolate mixture over the nut layer and spread it evenly. Let the cake set in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
