- 1. Banana preparation: Peel the bananas, cut them in half or lengthwise into three parts. Drizzle them with lemon juice so they retain their freshness and color. Place the bananas on the bottom of a baking tray with higher edges.
- 2. Preparation of the quark mixture: In a blender, blend the quark with the egg, yogurt and honey to taste. You will get a smooth and creamy mixture, which pour over the bananas placed on the tray.
- 3. Baking: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Bake the cake for approximately 20-30 minutes, until the surface is lightly golden and the mixture is set.
- 4. Finishing: After baking, let the cake cool and then cut it into portions.
