Preparation procedure

  • Place the cookies on a baking sheet and gently moisten them with milk.
  • For the first cream, heat the milk and in a separate bowl mix the sugar and cornstarch with a little cold milk to obtain a smooth mixture.
  • When the milk starts to boil, add the mixture while stirring constantly over low heat for about two minutes. Stir the butter into the hot mixture and pour the finished mixture over the cookies.
  • For the second cream we need whipped cream, into which we pour the melted chocolate.
  • Layer these layers one after another, waiting until the first has cooled in the refrigerator.
  • Finally, let the whole dessert rest in the fridge overnight and serve it the next day.
