- Preparing the gelatin: Let the gelatin swell in a small amount of water, then heat it over the flame until it is completely dissolved.
- Preparing the coffee: Add one cup of instant coffee to the bowl with condensed milk and sweeten to taste with condensed milk.
- Preparing the baking dish: Prepare a baking dish, line it with cling film or grease it with butter.
- Preparing the biscuits: Lightly dip the ladyfingers into the coffee mixture and arrange them in the bottom of the dish so that the soaked side is facing down.
- Assembling the dessert: Add the dissolved gelatin to the cream and spread part of this mixture over the soaked biscuits. Then add another layer of soaked biscuits and the remaining cream.
- Preparing the topping: Mix the whipping cream with the chocolate and heat it over low heat until the chocolate is completely melted. Pour this mixture over the top of the dessert.
- Chilling and serving: Let the dessert set in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight. Once set, it is ready to serve.
