- We rinse the picked dandelion flowers and put them into a container.
- Add sorbic acid and citric acid.
- Pour in three liters of water.
- Cover and let steep for 3 days.
- Strain through a fine sieve, add 1.5 kg sugar and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Make a test glass, taste, and add more citric acid if needed.
- Fill into bottles.
