Preparation procedure

  • Preparing the pudding Cook the chocolate pudding with the milk and sugar according to the instructions. Let it cool, stirring occasionally.
  • Preparing the dough Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the yolks with the sugar until frothy, add the water, oil and finally the flour mixed with baking powder. Whip the egg whites into stiff peaks and gently fold them into the batter. Pour the larger half of the batter onto the greased and floured baking tray. Color the remainder with cocoa and spread it over the light layer. Evenly spread the cooled pudding on top.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes. The cake should be firm and golden.
  • Preparing the cream Whip the cream with the stabilizer and vanilla sugar. Add the sour cream and mix well. Spread the cream on the cooled cake base.
  • Finishing Sprinkle the dessert to taste with cocoa, grated chocolate or a little cinnamon. Let it rest in the refrigerator, ideally overnight.
