Preparation procedure
- Dough preparation: Mix all the ingredients for the dough (flour, sugar, sunflower oil, warm water, cocoa powder, baking powder and eggs) and mix thoroughly until a smooth dough forms. Pour the dough onto a greased baking sheet.
- Cream preparation: Cook the vanilla pudding according to the instructions on the package and let it cool. Add the quark, vanilla sugar and egg yolk to the cooled pudding. Stir thoroughly until a smooth mixture forms.
- Finishing: Transfer the cream into a plastic bag, cut off a corner and use it to decorate the batter on the baking sheet as you like.
- Baking: Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C until golden, approximately 25–30 minutes (time may vary depending on the oven type).
