- Preparation of the cream: On a baking tray measuring 24 x 24 cm spread a layer of cocoa cookies. Bring one cup of milk to a boil. In the remaining milk, whisk together the sugar and puddings. As soon as the milk on the heat starts to boil, pour the pudding mixture into it and cook a thick pudding. Let it cool.
- Preparation of the buttercream: Beat the butter with the powdered sugar until smooth. Gradually add the cooled pudding and beat until a smooth cream forms.
- Assembling the cake: Spread half of the cream over the layer of cookies, evenly arrange the chocolate wafer rolls and add the rest of the cream. Cover with another layer of cookies.
- Preparation of the glaze: Heat the milk in a pot and break the milk chocolate into it. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth. Pour the glaze evenly over the cookies and spread with a spoon. For a patterned effect, melt half of the white chocolate with 3 teaspoons of milk in a second pot. Apply the white chocolate onto the dark chocolate in the form of stripes. Use a stick (e.g., a toothpick) to create patterns. Perform this step while the glaze is still warm.
