You can prepare it in a few minutes and it’s perfect as a sweet finish to a meal, a snack, or a treat with coffee. Thanks to the smooth cream, fresh fruit and optional sponge biscuits or cookies you get a treat that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients

400 ml whipping cream (can be replaced with sour cream or yogurt)
2 packets of vanilla sugar (or a few drops of vanilla extract)
2 sachets of whipped cream stabilizer
500 g smooth quark
500 g natural plain yogurt
200 g powdered sugar (or honey to taste)
fruit to taste (e.g., kiwi, raspberries, apples, bananas, mandarins, etc.)

Optional: sponge biscuits or butter cookies

Preparation procedure

Whip the cream with the vanilla sugar and stabilizer until stiff. You will get a fluffy whipped cream with a delicate vanilla aroma.
In a bowl, mix the quark with the yogurt and sweeten with powdered sugar or honey to your taste.
Combine both mixtures: gradually add the whipped cream to the quark and yogurt mixture and gently fold until you obtain a smooth cream.
