Preparation procedure
- We mix the oil, sugar, salt, yeast and flour in a medium-sized bowl.
- Knead into an elastic dough and gradually add the water. Mix the whole dough with a spoon and then with your hands.
- Form balls from the dough about the size of an apple.
- Arrange the balls on a baking sheet greased with oil and lined with baking paper. Cover the balls with a dish towel and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Now bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown.
- Remove the rolls from the oven and rub with garlic. You can also sprinkle them with your favorite herbs.
