Preparation procedure
- Mix the ground almonds (250 g), sugar, juice and zest from the lemon, and the egg.
- Divide the mixture into 3 parts.
- Mix the first part with the ground pistachios, the second with cocoa and the third with the remaining almonds (50g).
- From the pistachio mixture make a small ball, from the cocoa mixture prepare a small disc and use it to coat the pistachio ball, smooth and cover with another disc of the almond mixture.
- Smooth again.
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Dip the balls in it and place them aside on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Let cool until the chocolate sets.
