Preparation procedure

Dough: 

Take a cup of rolled oats and half a cup of nuts. Grind finely to make „flour“. Add chicory syrup (3 PL), a quarter cup of softened butter, a pinch of salt,
an egg, a quarter cup of milk. Mix everything and put into the fridge. 

Purée: 

Scoop out the pumpkin and cut into small cubes, put into a pot, cover with water and add cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and cook for 20 minutes. You can add a pear. 
Then remove from the heat and blend into a purée with an immersion blender. 
In a bowl whisk two eggs with maple syrup and pour in the purée. Mix everything together. 

Press the dough into a buttered pan and pour in the filling. You can add a little more maple syrup. Spread the dough on top, you can grate some tangerine zest
and bake it at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.
