INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In the meantime, start preparing the dough for the donuts. Mix the oat flour, eggs, honey, baking soda and water together. You’ll get a batter whose consistency is neither thick nor too thin 🙂
Pour the batter into a donut pan and bake (approximately 15 – 20 min – check the batter as every oven bakes differently).
Let the finished donuts cool.
In the meantime, prepare the glaze.
Place the chocolate and milk in a water bath. Let the chocolate melt thoroughly.
When the glaze is ready, dip the donuts into it and after dipping immediately coat them in coconut or nuts 🙂 the same procedure applies with the strawberry-peanut butter….spread and decorate 🙂
and the donuts are ready…now only eager taste buds are needed.
