Preparation procedure

  • Preheat the oven Turn the oven to 175 °C. Prepare a small baking tray and line it with parchment paper.
  • Mixing the dry ingredients In a bowl, mix the oat flour, cocoa, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
  • Preparing the wet mixture In another bowl, mash the bananas, add the eggs, plant-based milk, honey and vanilla extract. Mix everything into a smooth mixture.
  • Combining both mixtures Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. For extra moistness, add the yogurt.
  • Flavoring and enhancements Stir in the chopped nuts and chocolate. Pour the batter into the prepared tray and spread evenly.
  • Baking Bake for 20–25 minutes. Check with a toothpick – if it comes out clean, the bars are done. Let cool completely.
